Water Utilities
There are 107 Local Water Utilities in NSW and two metropolitan water utilities - Sydney Water and Hunter Water. Local Water UtilitiesLocal Water Utilities are responsible for providing water supply and sewerage services to NSW non-metropolitan urban communities. The NSW Government may assist Local Water Utilities in the provision of water and sewerage infrastructure through the Country Towns Water Supply and Sewerage Program which provides funding and the Integrated Water Cycle Management which provides advice and expertise.
