NABERS

NABERS (the National Australian Built Environment Rating System) is a web-based tool that measures a range of environmental impacts of existing buildings, for example, energy and water use.

Building owners, managers and occupants can identify and reduce these environmental impacts.

NABERS is designed to provide a simple indication of how well a building is being managed compared with its peers and neighbours.

NABERS is a national program funded by federal and state governments and administered by the Department of Energy, Utilities and Sustainability.
